Calling All Law Librarians – Colloquium at USC School of Law

On Friday, November 21, 2008, the USC School of Law is hosting The Law Librarian’s Role in the Scholarly Enterprise Colloquium. The kick-off event is scheduled for Thursday evening, with Under the Lintel, a play.

SC Access to Justice is excited to see this event and encourages attendance. In other states, law librarians play large roles in expanding access to justice and we’re hoping that the movement picks up steam in South Carolina as well.

For more information about this event, email lawconfs@law.sc.edu, phone: 803-777-8058, fax: 803-777-5827 or visit http://www.law.sc.edu/scholarly/.

  1. This conference sounds wonderful. Thanks for sharing the link. (Even though I am studying to become a law librarian in California, I somehow missed this.) Much appreciated!

  2. You are very welcome. Part of the blog’s purpose is to make sure that information is available.

And, even though you may not be able to attend, you’ll know where to look for additional information.
