Montana Holding First of Six Listening Sessions Starting on Monday

Montana’s Chief Justice Karla A. Gray announced that in an effort to expand and enhance access to justice in her state, the access to justice community is sponsoring six listening sessions.

Per Justice Gray, “the primary purpose of the sessions is to hear more about the access to justice gap, the unmet needs and additional ways we can improve access to justice in Montana; we also want to educate Montanans about services already available.”

South Carolina Access to Justice has just completed their own regional public hearings. The final hearing will be held at the South Carolina Supreme Court on Wednesday, November 5, 2008.

South Carolina Access to Justice applauds Montana and looks forward to sharing results from the sessions.
